ARNI Consulting Group (https://www.negocios-internacionales.net/), was founded in 2004. Having operated independently prior to the formation of ARNI, the principals have more than seventeen years' experience in international trade, investment and market access. The firm provides marketing and management services to Mexican and foreign companies looking to expand their business into the Mexican market. They have in depth experience working with U.S. and other companies assisting them in accessing the Mexican market by providing tailored services; from simple market information to complete market research, trade and FDI lead generation, business meetings, trade shows and mission support, among others. And most importantly they help overcome the cultural differences associated with doing business in Mexico.
In their work representing Enterprise Florida, Inc. for the last 14 years they provided service to over 900 Florida companies, providing them with different levels of service from match-making, market information, trade issues, mission and trade show support and more. In addition, they have coordinated and organized more than 20 Florida mission to Mexico in different regions of the country including Monterrey, Guadalajara, Merida, Veracruz, Puebla, Cancun and Mexico City.
They are also experienced in promoting foreign direct investment, generation of investment leads, and organizing seminars on “How to do Business in Florida” have conducted same in Mexico City; Monterrey, Nuevo León and Mérida, Yucatán. The firm also represents Mississippi and, Enterprise Ireland.
ARNI has the full capability to access and network with high-level business contacts in Mexico. Over the years they have established strong ties with the business community through active involvement with several multipliers such as the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), the Foreign Trade Council of Mexico (COMCE), the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico (CANACO), and the National Chamber of Transformation and Manufacturing (CANACINTRA), among others. They also have a strong relationship with the U.S. Commercial Service.
Ana Arroyo began working in International Trade for the US Commercial Service in México City as a commercial assistant, in the 1990s, she did matchmaking for American companies from a wide range of industry sectors. Has been de Deputy Director of Enterprise Florida Mexico since 2000. In 2004 she founded Arni Consulting Group and continue as a contractor for Enterprise Florida and supporting international firms interested in accessing the Mexico market. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, an MBA from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México as well as a degree in Marketing from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
