Founded in 2013, Gedeth Network is an international strategy and business development firm located in Madrid, Spain. Gedeth's team has worked with over 1.000 companies in their internationalization projects. Their network operates in 35 countries, across five continents.
Gedeth provides consulting services, such as feasibility studies, market research or international marketing plans, to both Promotion agencies (i.e. market intelligence) and SMEs. Gedeth also offers business development and international investment services on a tailor-made basis.
Additionally, Gedeth prides itself in a strong network of relevant decision makers in Spain. Hence, they have delivered FDI services to many Foreign IPA´s. Some examples include the Swiss Business Hub, Enterprise Ireland, the Saudi Arabia Investment Agency and many more.
Some of Gedeth's team are members of Boards of different Bi-National Chambers of Commerce, such as Norway, Canada, Australia and Malaysia, as well as being active members of Corporate Associations (FELAB or AECIM). Also, team members lecture in different business schools (EAE, UFV-AD EN) and have often been invited as panelist during international conferences.
Juan Millán is the CEO of Gedeth and has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting, international business development and credit management. Before founding Gedeth Juan worked at PromoMadrid for almost 10 years, as the responsible for Foreign Direct Investment (PS&Finance) and as Senior Consultant on Internationalization. Before that, he worked at leading multinational companies in regional roles in Credit Management, such as Pfizer or Avaya. He is a Collegiate Attorney (#113.028), with a Degree in Law from Universidad Complutense of Madrid and a M.Ll in Administrative Law from the USP-CEU. Juan has also acted as Arbiter for the Consumer Arbitration Boards of Madrid for over 10 years. He is a lecturer on Internationalization at different Business Schools in Madrid (La Salle, ESDEN, UFV-Aden). Furthermore, he is member of the Board of various International Spanish Chambers of Commerce, that is Australia, Norway, Malaysia and Canada.
