The client needed in-market support at FIDAE to ensure strong networking and several high-value meetings for the delegation, plus seamless logistics during the show.
Services Provided:Â
We provided end-to-end trade show support and soft-landing services, offering assistance on booth set-up/materials handling, hotel bookings, local transport and interpreters, daily agenda management, and booth staffing. We also organized a welcome dinner and coordinated B2B meetings with Chilean aerospace integrators, defense procurement units, armed forces branches, and cybersecurity/IT providers.
Outcome:
The delegation received full logistical support and a structured multi-day program of one-on-one meetings and networking activities, generating follow-up discussions between North Carolina companies and Chilean counterparts.
