Founded in 2013, Gedeth Network is an international strategy and business development consultancy headquartered in Spain from where it operates in more than 75 countries across five continents, with a strong focus on Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. The firm has supported over 2,000 companies in achieving their international expansion goals.

Gedeth provides a full range of consulting services, including feasibility studies, market research, and international marketing plans, serving both government trade and investment promotion agencies and small and medium-sized enterprises. The company also delivers tailored business development and international investment services and has executed foreign direct investment (FDI) projects for agencies such as AMDIE (Morocco), Costa Rica, and SAGIA (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority). Recognized for its expertise in organizing trade delegations, Gedeth has managed missions in Spain and throughout South and Central America for numerous federal and state trade agencies, including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Business Finland, Global Affairs Canada, Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers, and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Gedeth’s multidisciplinary team represents 20 nationalities and speaks 10 languages. Many of its consultants hold leadership positions in business chambers and trade associations, enhancing the firm’s deep network of international partnerships and market insights.

Principal Biography

Juan Millán, CEO and Founder of Gedeth Network, brings over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, international business development, and credit management. Before establishing Gedeth, he spent a decade at PromoMadrid, a regional trade and investment promotion agency, where he served as Manager of Foreign Direct Investment and Senior Consultant on Internationalization. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles in credit management at leading multinational companies such as Pfizer and Avaya. Juan is an attorney with a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an LL.M. in Administrative Law from Universidad CEU San Pablo (USP-CEU). He has also served as an arbiter for the Consumer Arbitration Boards of Madrid for more than ten years. In addition to his legal and consulting background, Juan is an active board member of bilateral Chambers of Commerce with Australia or Canada, and regularly lectures on internationalization at prominent business schools, including La Salle, ESDEN, Universidad Nebrija or UFV-ADEN.
